This program is focused on bite-sized training that has been successful by offering information that is “just in time,” “just for you” and “just enough” for Microsoft’s worldwide workforce.
The Always On program is a response to the accelerating pace of Microsoft product updates, publishing short videos throughout the year to offer timely training beginning on the day that new products are released. These videos are available to all Microsoft employees and viewing is optional. The program has proved to be successful, reaching 22,000 unique users resulting in over 67,000 views.

David Grebow is responsible for researching, analyzing and consulting about the impact of education on organizations, with an emphasis on the value and implementation of educational technology. Before working with Brandon Hall Group, David was the Chief Executive Officer of KnowledgeStar. David held senior executive positions in the areas of education and educational technology at a number of companies, including PeopleSoft, Cisco, McGraw-Hill and IBM before starting KnowledgeStar in 2007.
With 15 years of training experience from technical writing to program development, Kim combines a passion for technology with training expertise to design and develop creative learning solutions.
Currently, Kim manages the “Readiness Edge” monthly readiness and “Always On” programs within the Sales, Marketing and Services Group at Microsoft, reaching a global audience of over 43,000 people.
Tjeerd Veninga works for Microsoft’s internal training group and manages two mandatory online training courses that reach Microsoft’s field organization on a monthly basis. “The Readiness Edge” covers product launches through demonstrations and interviews that enable field personnel to discuss and present new products starting on the day that these products are launched. “Pitch Perfect” is an online training course that enables sellers to have more successful conversations with customers. Prior to Microsoft, Tjeerd worked at UbiSoft (gaming), McGraw-Hill (academic publishing) and Plan International (global children’s aid).
