Creating Solutions for Gender Inequity in Technology Leadership
Thursday, June 7 | 1:45-2:45pm

This workshop will provide practical ways to attract and retain more women in technology leadership. The ideas generated are based on the research initiative on Advancing Women in Technology Leadership, conducted by Brandon Hall Group in partnership with The Blue Circle Leadership Institute and its founder, Bonnie St. John. The initiative is a culmination of quantitative data, qualitative interviews gathering insights on the challenges, and solutions to attract, retain, and advance more women in technology.
Why you should attend:

  • Snapshot of the key findings from the study.
  • Facilitated breakouts led by discussion leaders, where they will highlight the ways we can create change systemically as well as for individual women. The small groups will have the opportunity roll up their sleeves to “crowd-source” ideas and solutions.
  • Attendees of this session will be eligible for on-going participation in the Women in Technology Leadership Advisory Network.
