Building ROI for Women's Leadership Initiatives

This session examines how organizations can do a better job of supporting initiatives that prepare women for top leadership roles. There is plenty of research evidence to show that women leaders have a positive business impact. For instance:

  • Corporations that meet or exceed 30% female executives saw a 35% increase in profitability.
  • Companies with the most women sitting on their boards of directors had a 16% higher return on sales than those with the least, and 26% higher return on invested capital.

Yet, the latest Brandon Hall Group research shows that only one-third of organizations offer targeted programs for women leaders seeking advancement into senior leadership. Our panel of presenters will discuss strategies to advocate for the business benefit of these targeted initiatives.
