DataNow® Snapshots provide highlights of Brandon Hall Group research and illustrate how the data can be filtered by organization size, revenue, corporate performance, and more, using DataNow®, Brandon Hall Group's HCM research tool. This Snapshot features data from the 2018 Learning Strategy Study, which shows that aligning learning strategy with the business is the biggest imperative for 78% or organizations, but that only 18% of companies are "ready to take action" to address it. The study also shows that approximately two-thirds to three-quarters of organizations expect to increase use of informal and experiential learning in the next 15 months, while only about one-quarter of organizations will increase formal learning. The study is based on 333 survey responses from learning, HCM and senior business leaders.
