What Will the Learning Organization
of the Future Look Like?

What does it take to deliver first-class learning in the age of Millennials and rapid technology innovation? Everything else is changing, why hasn’t the organization of the learning function? One of the biggest challenges learning leaders face is how the organization should be structured to effectively meet the needs of an ever-evolving business and tech-savvy learners. There are many new approaches to learning requiring new skillsets throughout the entire function. How do we determine the way learning organizations should be structured to operate in this rapidly changing environment? This session invites attendees to share their experiences, ask questions of each other, and explore what the learning organization of the future should look like.

Why You Should Attend:
  • You’ll have a chance to openly discuss these issues with colleagues and build a network to leverage after the conference.
  • We’ll gather all the ideas together and post in our mobile app for everyone to learn from and take back to the office to continue the brainstorming.
  • You’ll take home our latest research, which shows trends in how organizations are beginning to change their structure and capacity.
  • You’ll take home case studies from high-performing organizations on how they are re-thinking their learning teams.
