Amanda Reynolds, Director of Sales Training and Development

Amanda Reynolds is Director of Sales Training and Development for CareerBuilder, overseeing new hire onboarding, leadership development, continued education, and career development for the CareerBuilder North American Sales teams.  
In Amanda’s 10.5 years at CareerBuilder she has served in sales, sales management and sales training.   Amanda partners with the leadership to design and implement training that aligns to CareerBuilder’s goal of shifting from an advertising to a SaaS organization. Today she is focused on deploying a client focused sales methodology, delivering breakthrough learning in an experiential environment, driving retention to create a significant business impact and molding the leaders of the future all through a blended learning approach. She and her team support the sales force by providing the right tools, resources and interactive training to be the best in all aspects of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategies and Workforce Planning.  Under Amanda’s leadership the Sales Training Team has won the Best Sales Onboarding Program, Best Sales Leadership Onboarding Program and Best Model of a Growth Focused Organization.

Sue Rodeman, Vice President of Product Marketing

Sue Rodeman has spent 14+ years in the Learning and Technology Industry is currently Vice President of Product Marketing for Skillsoft. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of product marketing including product positioning, go-to market strategy, and field enablement. She also leads and participates in various strategic initiatives aimed at shaping future product strategy. Sue joined Skillsoft in October 2011 through the Element K acquisition. While at Element K, Sue was Vice President of Product Management and Marketing responsible for product management, sales support and implementation services of their cloud based Learning Management Systems. Sue works out of the Skillsoft Rochester office.

Bala Sathyanarayanan, Executive Vice President, Business Transformation and Human Resources

Bala V. Sathyanarayanan leads Business Transformation and Human Resources (HR) for Xerox Technology Business. In this role, Sathyanarayanan provides Business Transformation and HR leadership to 40,000 employees across 160 countries for  Xerox Corporation’s Technology business.

Bala partners with business enterprise leaders to assess their leadership teams, coach  and work with executives on the design and execution of transformation and people plans that help drive profitable business outcomes.

Steven Smith, Corporate Vice President

Born and raised in Michigan, Steven now considers Paris, where he has lived since 1988, home. Steven’s background is in economics, marketing and strategy – all of which he integrates into his approach to learning.

Steven joined Capgemini in 1997 and is now the Director of its Corporate University.
His focus is on delivering learning that underpins the business and its transformation at the organization, individual and team levels. The approach facilitates the creation of professional communities which contribute to continual update of Capgemini’s knowledge and methodology bases. Capgemini University delivers its global content to over 110,000 participants per year through e-learning, virtual classroom, local classroom as well as at University Campus, Les Fontaines, in France.

Jacob Eli Thomas, Chief Learning and Program Manager

Jacob Eli Thomas is the Chief Learning and Program manager for Evans Analytical Group (EAG), a high-tech analytical services company. He is passionate about learning, building processes for performance improvement and mapping the investments in training to the bottom line. He founded the first-ever corporate university in his organization while implementing processes to help grow performance and productivity. Eli holds an MS degree in electrical engineering, a BS degree in electronics and telecommunications, a certificate in organizational behavior, and is currently completing his PMP and ACP certifications.

Katrina Williams, Director, Sales Capability

Katrina Williams is director of sales capability for CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare. In this capacity, Williams leads the sales capability team, including CDW’s sales training academy and field sales academy programs, which is responsible for ensuring that CDW’s account managers and field sellers acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful and effective members of the sales team.
In addition to the company’s sales academy programs, Williams runs the Selling Excellence program, which helps sellers grow and improve their skills throughout their career. Williams and her team are dedicated to the continual development of CDW’s sales team, and are focused on delivering results for increased readiness and productivity.

David Wright, Senior Director, Leadership Development

David leads CIBC’s Leadership, Management and Career Development programs and services globally. He is focused on building the quality of CIBC’s leaders and managers and contributing to strengthening the leadership pipeline by provide top-quality development opportunities for CIBC leaders. David works closely with business and senior HR teams to understand the current and future need at all levels of leaders, integrate enterprise and business unit leader development programs, and implement leader development solutions that leverage an appropriate balance of experience, exposure and education. Prior to joining CIBC four years ago, David was AVP of Leadership Development for TD Bank where he led the successful development and implementation of its leadership profile, executive assessment tools, and leadership academy.
