The Technology Awards Program is divided into 5 main topic areas across 49 categories.

Who can enter?

  • Solution providers offering technologies to Learning & Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, and Sales functions.
  • User (non-solution provider) organizations with technology functions or departments.
  • Organizations can enter alone or with their client or partner organizations.

Judging Criteria

The panel of judges will review submissions and will follow a numerical rating scale of 1-6 on each of following criteria:

  1. Criteria 1: Value Proposition. Clearly describe examples of how the product or program provides a solution and/or addresses business needs.
  2. Criteria 2: Product Innovation. The technology solution offers effective, easy-to-use applications that are supported by solid processes, strategies, and methods.
  3. Criteria 3: Unique Differentiators. The product or program has clearly defined positioning and market differentiators from its competition.
  4. Criteria 4: Product or Program Demo. Please include a visual with a narrative or recorded demonstration of the product. It should offer concise examples of how your solution is used by your clients.
  5. Criteria 5: Measurable Results. Include a list of benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product or program.

The judging panel will be reviewing each submission for examples and visuals that adequately demonstrate thorough technology and process descriptions and actual business outcomes. Entrants should refrain from using excessive marketing language.
