90-Minute Workshop
Mastering Measurement and Analytics: A Model for Success
 Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016 | 9:00-10:30AM

Measurement and analytics have been major buzzwords in the human capital industry in recent years. From dashboards and scorecards to analytics of every flavor, from historical to predictive, the jargon can be overwhelming. But what it comes down to for most organizations is, “How are we doing on the things that matter most, and where can we do better?”

This session will explore foundational principles of human capital measurement and analytics, based on Brandon Hall Group research, to help your organization understand what measures and data points you should target to help you better manage your business and enhance your key differentiators in the marketplace. We will show you how your organization can enhance its measurement maturity, and figure out the right questions to be asking with your analytics tools.

Participants will learn:
  • The definition of analytics, and how to plot where their organization is on the analytics maturity curve.
  • How to determine the most critical HCM measures for each stakeholder group.
  • Tools for establishing a dialogue with the business to create metrics that matter.
