While leadership development continues to earn a top spot, year after year, on organizations’ talent priority lists, most organizations still don’t have it. More than 80% of organizations surveyed in our 2015 research said their leaders are not ready to lead their organizations into the future. Effective leadership development is comprised of at least three key elements: business strategy, leadership strategy, and development solutions.  However, most organizations focus primarily on the development solutions, while often neglecting to build requisite leader experience.
