She has held senior leadership positions within General Electric, Genpact (GE spin-off) American Express and Northwestern Mutual. Radhika is known as an industry leader for her ability to show how talent development links to business impact given her domain expertise in learning coupled with her Six Sigma & Lean background. She has worked across industries, verticals and countries with 360 understanding of the People function from hiring to retention.
Radhika is an assessor for Association of Talent Development’s Global awards. She is a speaker and a panelist at numerous conferences. She has a MBA and did her leadership studies at Harvard University.
