Lisa is a collaborative and innovative leader with extensive experience in learning and development strategy, employee engagement, organizational development, leadership assessment and development. She is recognized for abilities to conceive, develop and lead creative strategies and programs for optimal organizational performance.

Lisa recently assumed the role of director of organizational readiness for Adventist Health System this January. Adventist Health is a faith-based healthcare organization headquartered in Altamonte Springs, Florida, employing over 80,000 employees with over 40 hospitals nationwide.

Prior to joining Adventist, Lisa was the chief learning officer for Orlando Health. She joined Orlando Health in 2012 as the corporate director of organization development, responsible for organizational learning strategy, including talent management, internal communications, clinical and systems education, and team member development and engagement. Prior to Orlando Health, Lisa oversaw learning and organizational development at Martin Health System, and was an organizational leadership consultant for Healthcare of America (HCA).
Prior to her 16 years in the healthcare industry, Lisa spent 10 years with the Walt Disney Company, in operations, training and development, and human resources.

Lisa earned a bachelor of science in communications from Florida State University and a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. She holds a number of human resources and training certifications. Lisa has served on the Junior Achievement Board and is the co-chair for the Florida Healthcare Workforce / East Central Regional Council.
