Amy Dreher is the VP, Learning & Professional Development for CoreNet Global, an organization serving the needs of its 9000 corporate real estate professional members. Her experience and background allow her to help position CoreNet’s learning programs as the benchmark for the corporate real estate industry and drive their certification programs as the preferred professional designation for companies seeking qualified professionals for this highly visible and critical corporate leadership role. In addition, Amy has recently served as an independent learning consultant, working with corporate, government and non-profit clients. Using her skills and expertise to collaboratively generate and manage strategic learning solution projects in a global/digital world, Amy actively supports clients seeking services from an innovative leader and seasoned learning professional. She has been active in the training industry’s conferences and awards programs for more than 15 years.
As the former VP/Strategic Learning Initiatives at the Nielsen company, she was focused on learning standards, industry trends and learning technologies to enhance associate, client and academic outreach programs. She served as a consultant for learning initiatives throughout the company and was the community leader for a global community of practice for 250+ Nielsen learning professionals. Her team was directly responsible for Nielsen Academics, a global online curriculum for university faculty and students pursuing careers in market research and media measurement, providing over 250 hours of online learning.
Her 25 years of learning and development experience covers a broad range of educational programs, including global corporate programs, non-profit programs, public education programs, private education programs, university programs, and accreditation organizations.
